Backplate design
Backplate was designed with DIN rail and Panduit cable ducting for basic structure. Power supply located near bottom of PLC panel as it produces the most heat and this will encourage conduction.
Wiring
PLC module was wired up to spec, analog and digital inputs and outputs.
Installation
HMI was installed with IP-67 compliance as high pressure spray cleaning occurs in this area.
Working PLC
PLC installed with ASi Master and Profinet connectivity.
